As a pioneer in the natural hair industry, we aim to deliver quality hair care services consistently despite pandemic challenges. However, we have struggled as a result of several factors such as:

Perception of hairstylists as low income earner

No known college offering natural hair care

Financial constraints faced by South African students

Unregulated Industry

Severe hair loss as a result of trial and error etc

To fill in this gap, Ruutos has decided to empower South African youths with passion for hair care on becoming a Natural Hair Care Specialist.

However, majority of the youth we empower live outside the main city or town which makes our goal of ensuring easy access to training demanding. Our aim is to ensure the youth complete the course to be fully empowered as they can support themselves and their families. Several of them cannot afford the training fees, cost of food and housing close to the city.

Therefore, we ask that you support and help empower an unemployed South African with the goal of becoing a professional hair stylist.

Our goal is raise R50,000 in January for 10 youths with the aim of increasing the number of trained youth monthly. We can not do this alone and we are counting on your support to empower young people.

Kindly help us train one or more professionals by contributing towards our initiative
